Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy At De La Ruiz Studio, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and to be fair to all clients, we ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: • IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT UNDER 24 HOURS YOU WILL NEED TO PAY THE MISSED APPOINTMENT COST AS I CANNOT FILL THAT SPOT UNDER 24 HOURS. I CAN RESCHEDULE YOU ONCE THE MISSED APPOINTMENT IS PAID FOR. • No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a charge of 50% to 100% of the scheduled service cost. • Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future bookings. • If you need to reschedule, doing so at least 24 hours in advance will allow you to avoid cancellation fees. • IF YOU ARRIVE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 40% OF YOUR EXTENSIONS, YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE FOR A FULLSET. • REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. • Deposits: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be credited toward your service on the day of the appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited.
