Cancellation & No-Show Policy At De La Ruiz Eyelash Boutique, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and to be fair to all clients, we ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any lash extension appointment. • No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a charge of 50% to 100% of the scheduled service cost. • Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future bookings. • If you need to reschedule, doing so at least 24 hours in advance will allow you to avoid cancellation fees. • Deposits: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be credited toward your service on the day of the appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited.
