De La Ruiz Studio Cancellation, No-Show & Service Policies At De La Ruiz Studio, we value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fair and consistent scheduling for all clients, please review the following policies before booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50%–100% of the scheduled service price, as there may not be enough time to fill the appointment. * If a balance is owed for a missed or late-canceled appointment, the balance must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. No-Shows * Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. * Clients with a no-show may also be required to prepay for future appointments. Deposits * A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. * Your deposit will be credited toward your service on the day of your appointment. * If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Lash Fill Policy * Clients arriving with less than 40% of their lash extensions remaining may need to book or reschedule for a Full Set rather than a fill. * This ensures that enough appointment time is reserved to safely and properly complete your service. Service Satisfaction & Complimentary Corrections Your satisfaction is important to me. If you or I have a concern with the result of a completed service, please contact De La Ruiz Studio as soon as possible. * Any complimentary correction or redo must normally be completed within 2 days of the original service. * If you are unable to return within those 2 days, an exception may be made for the correction to be completed within the same week of the original service, subject to availability and approval by De La Ruiz Studio. * Complimentary corrections are provided one time only and are specifically intended to correct the original service. * Once a specific date and time for a complimentary correction has been agreed upon and reserved, that appointment is considered final. * The agreed-upon complimentary correction appointment cannot be changed or rescheduled to a later date while retaining the complimentary service. * If the client cancels, reschedules, or is unable to attend the agreed-upon correction appointment, the complimentary correction will expire and cannot be transferred to another date, unless an exception is specifically approved by De La Ruiz Studio. * A complimentary correction is not an open-ended credit and cannot be saved for a future appointment. * Complimentary corrections cannot be transferred, repeatedly rescheduled, or used toward a new set or service for a different date, event, or occasion. * Once the correction timeframe has passed, any future appointment will be considered a new service and charged at the regular service price. Refund Policy All completed services are final. Refunds will not be issued for completed services. If there is a concern with your service, please contact De La Ruiz Studio within the correction timeframe so I have the opportunity to evaluate the service and, when appropriate, provide a correction according to the policy above. Agreement By booking an appointment with De La Ruiz Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
